- Publish listings and forward requests to landlords.
- Coordinate visits and send reminders.
- Send the alerts you requested.
- Process payments, plans and referral commissions.
- Verify information, prevent fraud and moderate content.
- Maintain security, fix errors and improve the service.

4. Consent
We obtain your consent freely, on an informed basis and for specific purposes. Consent for optional purposes, such as promotional messages or analytics, is requested separately and is never a condition of using the service.
You may withdraw optional consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from your privacy preferences.
5. Automated processing and matching
Compatibility scores and explanations are generated automatically from your criteria, your household and listing characteristics. These results are informational and do not replace your own decision.
No decision producing legal effects is made solely by automated processing. You may ask us for information about the data used to produce a result concerning you.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Necessary cookies keep the site working. Preference, analytics and, where applicable, marketing cookies are only enabled after consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
7. Providers and disclosures
- Hosting, database and authentication.
- Payment processing and billing.
- Email and text message delivery.
- Audience analytics, only with consent.
These providers only access what their mandate requires and are bound by confidentiality commitments. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to assert our rights.
Some information is visible to other users by the nature of the service: a published listing is public; a request sent to a landlord shares the information you chose to disclose.
8. Processing outside Quebec
Some providers may host or process information outside Quebec, including elsewhere in Canada or in the United States. Before such a communication, we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection and frame the communication by contract.
9. Reviews, anonymity and private evidence
A review may be displayed without your name. Your identity remains known internally for verification, fake-review prevention and moderation. We do not disclose a reviewer's identity merely because a review is published.
Evidence you submit stays private and is not published. Only authorized moderation staff can access it.
10. Retention and destruction
We keep information for as long as needed for the stated purposes, then destroy or anonymize it according to an internal retention schedule. Accounting records and proof of consent are kept for the applicable legal periods.
11. Safeguards
- Encryption of communications and passwords.
- Role-based access control and row-level security rules.
- Access to evidence and documents limited to authorized staff.
- Logging of sensitive moderation and administration actions.
12. Your rights
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdraw optional consent.
- Request deletion of your account and of information that need not be kept.
- Request that dissemination of information cease, where the law allows.
- Receive, where applicable, your computerized information in a structured technological format.
- Obtain information about automated processing concerning you.
13. How to exercise a right
Use the Contact page and select the type of request. We acknowledge receipt, verify your identity and respond within 30 days. Our response states the reasons for any refusal and available recourses.
14. Complaints and recourse
If our response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the person in charge of the protection of personal information, then with the competent privacy authority in Quebec.
15. Privacy incidents
We maintain an incident register. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify affected individuals and the competent authority, and take measures to limit harm.
16. Minors
The service is intended for people able to enter into a lease or contract. We do not knowingly collect information from children; household composition is limited to the number of people and their housing needs.
